Data categories and data origin

We process personal data that we have received from you as part of your visit to our company by entering it in the visitor book/visitor management system.

The provision of your personal data is not a legal requirement, so you are not obliged to provide us with your personal data, but the collection of your data is necessary to ensure security at our sites.

As part of your visit to our company, the following data is processed with the entry in our visitor book/visitor management:

  • First name, last name, signature
  • Company affiliation
  • Time of visit
  • Employee with whom you have an appointment

Recipients / disclosure of data to third parties

Your personal data will only be passed on internally as proof of your stay. There are no plans to pass it on to third parties.
